A comparison or cashback offer is not a recommendation that you should trade or use a particular product.

2. Trading risk
Digital asset prices can change sharply, and you can lose all the funds committed to a trade or investment. Leverage can magnify losses and trigger liquidation. Depending on the product, contract and applicable protections, losses may exceed the margin or deposit committed; do not assume every product has the same loss limits.
Liquidity shortages, spreads, slippage, outages and rapidly moving markets can prevent an order from executing as expected. Funding, borrowing and other charges may continue while a position is open. Stablecoins can lose their peg, and digital assets can become illiquid or lose most or all of their value.
3. Cashback and its limitations
Cashback returns a portion of eligible fees under the relevant programme. It is not investment income promised independently of your activity, insurance, deposit protection or reimbursement of trading losses. Rebates can be much smaller than losses or other charges.
Funding, borrowing, withdrawal, transfer, spread and slippage costs are not automatically eligible for cashback. Attribution, product exclusions, VIP rules, programme changes and reconciliation can affect an amount or timing. Exchange-paid rebates and any RebatePrime-paid manual component have different administrators and conditions, explained in our cashback terms.
Do not trade more often, increase leverage or accept unsuitable risks simply to earn cashback. These risks do not remove RebatePrime's responsibility for a confirmed payable manual cashback amount under the applicable offer.
4. Exchange, custody and transfer risk
Exchanges and other providers can suffer hacking, fraud, operational failure, insolvency, account freezes or withdrawal restrictions. Assets held on an exchange may not have the same protection as deposits with a regulated bank. Availability, licences and protections differ by country and product.
Blockchain transfers can be irreversible. Incorrect addresses, unsupported networks, compromised wallets, network congestion and smart contract failures can cause loss or delays. Verify details with the official provider before transferring assets.
RebatePrime does not have authority to log in, trade or withdraw from your exchange account. Limited referral and cashback data may be available through partner programmes as described in our Privacy Policy. Never share credentials or private keys with someone offering cashback support.
5. Information can change
We seek to keep our information accurate, but rates, programme conditions, eligibility and market data can change. News, examples and historical figures are not a prediction or a trading signal. Check the date, the current exchange guide and the exchange's official information before relying on a claim.

6. Local eligibility and obligations
A website page, language option or referral link does not show that an exchange, product or promotion is authorised in your country. Check applicable local restrictions and the exchange's rules. RebatePrime does not provide its service to persons located in or ordinarily resident in Vietnam; other restrictions can also apply.
You remain responsible for obligations applicable to your trading, such as lawful account use and personal tax reporting. RebatePrime and the exchange retain their own obligations under applicable law; this disclaimer does not transfer those obligations to you. Do not bypass restrictions using a VPN or false information.
7. Responsibility and legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RebatePrime is not responsible for trading losses or independent exchange and network failures outside our control. We remain responsible for our own conduct where applicable law imposes liability and for confirmed payable manual cashback under our offer.
