Privacy Policy

What RebatePrime collects, why we collect it, who else receives it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: 1 October 2026

1. Who we are

RebatePrime ("we", "us") is the service operating under the RebatePrime brand at rebateprime.com. We are responsible for the personal data we process for our website, referral services, cashback administration and support as described here. Exchanges and other independent platforms are responsible for their own processing.

Privacy contact: contact@rebateprime.com.

2. What we collect

Website and security data

Cloudflare, our hosting and security provider, processes technical request data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, approximate country and request time. Our security controls may use an IP-derived hash for rate limiting or abuse prevention. A hash or browser identifier can remain personal data; it is not automatically anonymous.

Referral and campaign measurement

With your acceptance of optional cookies, our referral click records can include the exchange, language, originating page, approximate country, campaign parameters, a pseudonymous browser/session identifier and a click identifier. The IP-derived hashes used by security controls are separate from these referral click records.

Links from our official social channels may also generate aggregate daily counts by channel, language, campaign, page and destination when they send visitors to our website. These aggregate records do not store a visitor IP address, user agent, cookie identifier or individual click identifier, and do not depend on acceptance of optional cookies. The underlying web request still passes through our hosting and security systems.

With your acceptance of optional cookies, we also count clicks on our official Telegram and social links on this website. Each click adds to an aggregate daily count by language, platform, destination (such as Channel, Community or Private Support), position on the page, page and campaign. These counts do not store a visitor IP address, user agent, cookie identifier or individual click identifier. If you decline optional cookies, these clicks are not counted.

Information you provide

When you contact us by email or through an official Telegram support channel, we receive your contact details, messages and any relevant attachments. For referral checks or manual cashback, we may need your exchange UID or referral identifier, the relevant period, and payout details such as a payment address or transaction reference where needed for the chosen method. Providing information is voluntary, but we may be unable to verify eligibility or complete a payment without the necessary details.

Exchange partner information

Depending on the exchange and programme, we may receive limited referral information from the exchange, such as a referral UID or identifier, country or region, eligible trading volume, fee and commission amounts, cashback amounts and referral status. We use it for referral attribution, cashback calculation, reconciliation, support and abuse prevention. The fields available depend on the programme; this information does not authorise us to log in, trade or withdraw from your account.

Optional analytics and advertising

Where configured and enabled with your consent, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking and Meta Pixel may process device, campaign and browsing information. The tools actually loaded depend on our current configuration and your cookie choice. Their providers' privacy policies also apply.

3. Sensitive information you should not send

Never send us your exchange password, two-factor authentication codes, seed phrase, private keys, API secret keys or remote account/device access. We do not need these to check a referral or pay cashback. Identity verification for an exchange must be completed through the exchange's official process, not by sending us KYC documents.

We do not hold your exchange account assets or have authority to place orders or withdraw funds from that account. If you submit a screenshot, remove credentials and unrelated personal information. Avoid posting your UID or payment details in a public group; use email or an official private support channel.

4. Purposes and legal bases

We do not treat simply visiting the website as consent to optional tracking. We do not sell your personal data. Any advertising tools enabled with consent can transmit identifiers and browsing data to their providers as described in this policy.

5. Cookies and similar technology

Our website uses the following first-party cookies. Durations run from setting or renewal and may be shortened by browser settings; configurable language preference durations can differ from the defaults shown.

rp_cookie_consent — 365 days
Remembers acceptance or rejection of optional cookies.
rp_locale — default 365 days
Remembers a language choice; duration is configurable.
rp_locale_dismiss — default 30 days
Remembers dismissal of a language suggestion; duration is configurable.
rp_sid — 365 days, with consent
A pseudonymous browser/session identifier for referral and campaign measurement.
rp_utm — 30 days, with consent
Remembers campaign attribution parameters.

Separate necessary authentication or preview cookies may be used for restricted administration or preview functions; ordinary public browsing does not require an administrator login. Enabled Google or Meta tools may use their own cookies or identifiers and retention rules.

You can accept or decline optional cookies in the banner and change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. The page reloads when your choice changes. Declining disables our consent-based referral measurement and optional analytics/advertising tags, and removes accessible attribution cookies. Browser settings can also block or delete cookies. This does not necessarily delete records already held by us or a third-party provider; use a privacy request for those records.

Declining optional cookies does not prevent ordinary website use or make you ineligible for cashback. The exchange may still use its own referral and account processes. Cookie expiry does not mean that all related server records are deleted on the same date.

6. Recipients and international processing

Relevant data may be processed by Cloudflare and other hosting, security, email or payment providers needed to run the service; by Google and Meta where their optional tools are enabled with consent; and by an exchange where needed to resolve a referral or cashback issue. We share only information relevant to the task. We may also disclose information where legally required or necessary to establish or defend a claim.

If you use Telegram, that platform processes information under its own terms. Messages in a public channel or group, including your profile and username where visible, may be seen by other users. Joining a community is optional. Identifiable support or payment evidence should not be published without an appropriate basis and permission where required.

Providers and exchanges may process data outside your country. Applicable transfer requirements depend on your location, the recipient and the processing arrangement. Contact us for information about the recipients and any applicable transfer safeguards. This policy does not assert that every provider or jurisdiction offers identical protection.

7. How long we keep data

Retention depends on the purpose and applicable obligations rather than a single period for all information:

Relevant data may be preserved where necessary for an active dispute or legal duty. Residual backup copies may remain until routine replacement, with access restricted. The cookie durations above describe browser storage and do not establish a deletion schedule for all server or provider records. Contact us about retention of a particular record or to request deletion where applicable.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law and the processing involved, you may have rights to access your personal data, correct it, request deletion, restrict processing or receive a portable copy. You may also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, including the specific use of your data for that purpose.

You can withdraw consent for future optional tracking through Cookie settings. Withdrawal does not make prior lawful processing unlawful. For existing records or other privacy requests, contact contact@rebateprime.com. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that a request concerns your data; do not send account passwords or KYC documents.

We will respond within the time limits required by applicable law and explain any lawful reason we cannot fulfil all or part of a request. You may complain to the competent data protection authority in your jurisdiction without first contacting us.

9. Children

Our services are intended for people aged 18 or over, or any higher age required by applicable law or the exchange. We do not knowingly seek personal data from children for these services. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data so we can review and take appropriate action.

10. Changes to this policy

We will show the revised date when this policy changes and give additional notice of material changes as appropriate. Where a new use requires consent, updating this page or continuing to browse does not replace that consent.

11. Contact

Questions, privacy requests or concerns: contact@rebateprime.com. Describe the relevant interaction and the request without including account credentials.
