1. About this service

RebatePrime ("we", "us") is the service operating under the RebatePrime brand at rebateprime.com. We publish information about cryptocurrency exchange trading fee cashback, provide referral links and offer cashback support. These terms apply to our website and services. Our Privacy Policy, Affiliate Disclosure and Risk Disclaimer explain related matters.

Exchange accounts, trading and exchange-paid rebates are governed separately by the relevant exchange's terms. Contact us before relying on an offer if any eligibility or payment condition is unclear.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or any higher age required by applicable law or the exchange, and legally able to use the relevant service. Cashback requires an eligible exchange account, valid referral attribution and compliance with the programme's conditions. Each exchange determines its own account, identity verification and product eligibility.

Opening the website or joining a community does not establish cashback eligibility. You do not have to join our Telegram channel to request cashback support; you can contact us by email.

3. Restricted jurisdictions

RebatePrime does not provide its service to persons located in or ordinarily resident in Vietnam. Other restrictions may apply under local law, exchange rules or individual programmes. Website accessibility, a translated page or a referral link is not confirmation that an exchange or product may lawfully be used in your location.

Do not use a VPN, false location information, another person's account or other methods to bypass geographic or eligibility restrictions. A restriction on our assistance does not itself determine the treatment of rebates already credited by an exchange; the exchange's terms and applicable law govern those amounts.

4. What we do and do not do

We explain and compare cashback arrangements, refer eligible users to exchanges and help check referral or cashback issues. Where offered, we pay a manual cashback component from affiliate commission received by RebatePrime.

We do not execute trades, manage investment portfolios, take custody of your exchange assets or request access to place orders or withdraw funds from your account. Website content, news and community replies are general information, not personalised investment, tax or legal advice. A referral relationship does not mean that RebatePrime is a licensed exchange, broker or financial adviser.

5. Cashback

How cashback works

Cashback is a return of part of eligible trading fees. The basis is the fees or commission recognised by the relevant programme, which may differ from your total fees, trading volume or displayed account activity. Funding, borrowing, withdrawal and other charges are not included unless the programme expressly says so.

Exchange-paid cashback: the exchange calculates and credits the rebate under its programme. In some programmes, an affiliate can configure the share allocated to users, subject to the exchange's limits. RebatePrime cannot independently change an exchange's account records or guarantee when the exchange will credit a rebate.

RebatePrime-paid manual cashback: where an offer includes a manual component, RebatePrime calculates and pays that component from commission it receives for eligible attributed activity. Calculation and payment depend on the published exchange guide, confirmation of referral eligibility, reconciliation of the exchange's records and receipt of the corresponding commission. Check the guide for the current rate, eligible products, payout method and payment cycle before participating.

Eligibility, reconciliation and changes

Rates, caps, exclusions, VIP conditions and payment schedules can differ by exchange and programme. We do not promise a fixed rate for all future trading. Changes to our own manual cashback terms apply prospectively and will not remove a confirmed payable amount already earned under the applicable offer, except to correct an error, duplicate payment, fraud or another justified adjustment permitted by applicable law.

We are responsible for handling confirmed payable manual cashback under our offer. If a payment needs additional reconciliation or is disputed, contact us with the exchange, UID or referral identifier, relevant period and payment details. We will explain the issue and any information needed to resolve it. Never send account credentials. Exchange-paid amounts should also be raised with the exchange.

Cashback is not guaranteed profit or compensation for trading losses. Do not increase your trading simply to qualify for cashback.

6. Existing exchange accounts

An existing account can be linked or reassigned only where the exchange's current official process allows it and the account meets its conditions. Availability and processing time vary. Cashback attribution is not guaranteed until the exchange confirms eligibility.

Follow the relevant exchange guide and official support process. Do not create duplicate accounts, bypass identity checks or breach exchange terms to obtain a referral benefit. RebatePrime does not perform the exchange's identity verification and will not ask for your password, two-factor codes or API secret keys.

7. Acceptable use

Use our services lawfully and provide accurate information relevant to a request. Do not impersonate another person, submit fraudulent payment claims, interfere with the website, scrape it abusively, attempt unauthorised access or manipulate referral and cashback records. Do not send sensitive account credentials or identity verification documents to us.

8. Intellectual property

RebatePrime's original text, design and brand materials belong to RebatePrime or their respective rights holders. You may use the site for personal information and share links with attribution. Other reuse requires permission unless applicable law permits it. Exchange names and logos belong to their owners; their appearance identifies a service and does not establish regulatory approval or a partnership beyond an expressly disclosed relationship.

9. Third-party services

Exchange websites, wallets, payment networks and community platforms are independent services with their own terms and privacy practices. RebatePrime does not control their availability, security, fee schedules, account decisions or withdrawals. Check their official information before opening an account or transferring funds.

We do not currently charge users a separate fee for using our website or cashback support. Exchanges and payment networks may charge their own fees. Referral offers may interact with VIP tiers, promotions or other discounts, so we do not promise that every referral route produces identical fees or benefits.

10. Information and availability

We seek to keep information accurate, but exchange conditions and market information can change. Confirm time-sensitive details with the exchange and contact us if our guide appears inconsistent. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability or that every third-party service will operate without error.

These limitations do not cancel an express cashback commitment we have made or any rights and duties that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RebatePrime is not responsible for trading losses, exchange insolvency, exchange account restrictions, third-party security incidents or network failures outside our control. Cashback does not transfer those risks to RebatePrime.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable liability for fraud or other protected consumer rights. Nor does it remove our responsibility for a confirmed payable manual cashback amount or our own conduct where applicable law imposes liability.

12. Responsibility for misuse

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for reasonable, substantiated third-party claims and direct costs caused by your unlawful use of our services, fraud or infringement of another person's rights. This does not make you responsible for losses caused by RebatePrime's own breach, negligence or misconduct, and does not override mandatory consumer protections.

13. Suspension and termination

We may limit access or assistance where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security threats, legal restrictions or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason and how to raise a concern. Suspension does not automatically forfeit a confirmed payable manual cashback amount; any adjustment must have a justified basis under the applicable offer and law.

An exchange may separately restrict or close an account under its own terms. RebatePrime cannot reverse that decision.

14. Changes

We may update these terms and show the revised date on this page. Material changes to our services or manual cashback conditions will be communicated through the website or the relevant support channel as appropriate, with their effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. They do not retrospectively remove rights or confirmed payments earned under an earlier applicable offer.

15. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections and any rights to bring a claim before a competent court. They do not specify an exclusive court or override rights available in your country. Contact us first if you wish to resolve a service or payment issue; doing so does not prevent you from using other remedies available under applicable law.
